I thought about these things this morning as I read Isaiah 33:2: O LORD, be gracious to us; we long for you. Be our strength every morning, our salvation in times of distress.
How different would our lives be if we centered it around God and longed to see, hear or feel Him? What if we grabbed our Bibles every morning instead of our phones to check Facebook, Instagram or Twitter? What if we found out what was going on with God FIRST instead of finding out what's going on with the "news feed"? God is there for us every morning...waiting to "chat"...waiting to give us strength to get through the day but we don't make time for Him because we "long" for other things more.
I certainly don't mean for this to be a "shame on you" post because truthfully, I am the same way at times. I am really asking MYSELF these questions. But where is our priority when it comes to God? Is He at the top, close to the top, or completely at the bottom of our "to do list"? If we will move Him on "up", He will radically change our lives AND the lives of the people around us...He's just
